โDirect a .sni file to a different Flame project/batch/etc โ
You may have been working on a SynthEyes file without setting it up for Flame, or you may need to change the project name to a different version, or whatever. How do you make that SynthEyes now be the project and export for a specific project/batch/etc?
The easiest way to do that is to do a new โSend Shot to SynthEyesโ from the new desired location. But, instead of working with that newly-opened blank slate SynthEyes, open your existing sni file, and run โScript/Flame/Load shot setup from Flameโ and direct it to open the JSON shot file in the new location. It will reload information from that JSON file into your existing .sni file, particularly the correct new sni file name and location, and the export file name and location. Youโll have the option to replace the shot location as well. After running the script, if youโre happy with the result and not going to overwrite a real file you want, go ahead and File/Save your .sni file and it will now have taken over that project. It takes way more time to explain it than do it.
